Radiant Life Chigong is an easy to learn,
immediately effective method
of energy cultivation.
Many systems such as acupuncture, chiropractic, Tai Chi,
Chigong, Yoga,
etc., are aimed at harmonizing and strengthening a person’s Chi
or Life
Force. However, Chi is only as strong as its precursor, Jing or
Life Essence.

We have all heard of the importance of physical

keep functioning
during the day? Does being able to run a marathon, or bench
press 350
lbs mean you are healthy?
What if none of these are indicators of true health? Perhaps
there is
a way to get back our natural instincts that not only help us
make healthy
food and lifestyle choices but having these instincts means we
no longer
crave the old junk foods and other over-indulgences.
The choice of whether to live in a healthy or unhealthy body is
largely
up to us and how we treat it. No matter what we were born with
we can
certainly have an influence on our health. This website is about

smoothie your first meal of the day, everyday for 3 weeks, and
you will
experience an increase in energy level and brain function. If
you only
make one nutrition change, this would be the one I recommend.
The combination of ingredients in the 5 Element
Smoothie creates and
enhances an electrical charge, which equates to more life force
energy.
Krystal Salt is a unique salt that contains all the elements of
the human
body woven into a crystalline structure, unlike Celtic sea salt
or other
salts. It has a strong electrical force field that enhances
health and
balances blood pressure. Blue Green algae is mineral rich, power
packed

~The 5 Element Smoothie~
This smoothie balances the 5 elements according to Chinese
medicine so
all the ingredients are important. Here's the perfect meal:
1/4 to 1/2 organic lemon, peeled with tough inner core
removed (seeds and
some of the white of the peel is OK)
2 Tablespoons soaked flax seeds
Handful organic greens of any variety (kale,
chard, spinach, lettuce,
sunflower sprouts, etc - be sure to vary greens)
Do not add to the smoothie but take at the same time - Blue
Green Algae

Blend all ingredients well, except egg yolk. Add egg yolk and blend only very lightly.
Flax oil can also be used but should be added last and blended minimally.Check pressing date of oil and only use
within the
first 6 weeks of pressing. This is very important, as flax oil
must be
fresh.
