Radiant Life Chigong

Radiant Life Chigong is an easy to learn, immediately effective method of energy cultivation.

Many systems such as acupuncture, chiropractic, Tai Chi, Chigong, Yoga, etc., are aimed at harmonizing and strengthening a person’s Chi or Life Force. However, Chi is only as strong as its precursor, Jing or Life Essence. Chi is made out of Jing, a denser form of energy. So working with Chi directly without focusing on and strengthening Jing will always be limited.

  • Radiant Life Chigong is a system of energy cultivation that is based on ancient Chinese methods for increasing Jing, which is not found in any other single system.

The 5 Element Smoothie

We have all heard of the importance of physical health but what does that really mean? Is it the absence of disease as medical science tells us? It is just being able to get out of bed in the morning and keep functioning during the day? Does being able to run a marathon, or bench press 350 lbs mean you are healthy?

What if none of these are indicators of true health? Perhaps there is a way to get back our natural instincts that not only help us make healthy food and lifestyle choices but having these instincts means we no longer crave the old junk foods and other over-indulgences.

The choice of whether to live in a healthy or unhealthy body is largely up to us and how we treat it. No matter what we were born with we can certainly have an influence on our health. This website is about encouraging emotional, spiritual, and physical health as all areas that need to be considered in being all we are able to be. Why not give yourself the opportunity for the best health possible in all these ways?

Here is a suggestion to help you get started on the path to a healthier you from the nutritional standpoint for those who are ready for the next step but are not sure where to put your foot down. Make the following smoothie your first meal of the day, everyday for 3 weeks, and you will experience an increase in energy level and brain function. If you only make one nutrition change, this would be the one I recommend.


The combination of ingredients in the 5 Element Smoothie creates and enhances an electrical charge, which equates to more life force energy. Krystal Salt is a unique salt that contains all the elements of the human body woven into a crystalline structure, unlike Celtic sea salt or other salts. It has a strong electrical force field that enhances health and balances blood pressure. Blue Green algae is mineral rich, power packed nutrition with anti-oxidants, functional vitamin B12, plus the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA and sulfuric amino acids that combine to create the electrical charge that is the life force our body needs to function. Adding the salt, flax oil, and lemon further enhances that charge. The combination of lemon and flax oil also is a good liver cleanse.

 Blue Green Algae can be purchased from me or Klamath Valley Botanicals (klamathvalley.com). I recommend this source as the algae is freeze dried to maintain maximum nutrition & toxic strains are filtered out.



~The 5 Element Smoothie~

This smoothie balances the 5 elements according to Chinese medicine so all the ingredients are important.  Here's the perfect meal:


  • 1/4 to 1/2 organic lemon, peeled with tough inner core removed (seeds and some of the white of the peel is OK)
  • 2 Tablespoons soaked flax seeds
  • Handful organic greens of any variety (kale, chard, spinach, lettuce, sunflower sprouts, etc - be sure to vary greens)
  • 2 - 3 whole pieces organic seasonal fruit (banana, strawberries, pear, peach, etc.)
  • A small pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Krystal Salt brine*
  • 1 raw egg yolk (optional) Do not add egg white.
  • Water to blend
Do not add to the smoothie but take at the same time - Blue Green Algae (klamathvalley.com or contact Mary at marydman@gmail.com)

Blend all ingredients well, except egg yolk. Add egg yolk and blend only very lightly.


Flax oil can also be used but should be added last and blended minimally.Check pressing date of oil and only use within the first 6 weeks of pressing. This is very important, as flax oil must be fresh.

*To make the salt brine, dissolve Krystal Salt rocks in water until no more will dissolve then use that water to salt recipes.
